Floating Barista – Clear Lake & Mason City
Cabin Coffee Company is looking for a barista to join our team and support both our Clear Lake and Mason City locations!

What You'll Do
- Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, specialty beverages, and food items according to Cabin Coffee standards
- Provide friendly, genuine, and efficient customer service
- Take customer orders and accurately process transactions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming café environment
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and operational standards
- Work collaboratively with team members to keep the store running smoothly
- Support both the Clear Lake and Mason City locations based on business needs
- Adapt to different teams, customers, and store environments

- Able to confidently work at both locations
- Previous barista, coffee shop, restaurant, or customer service experience is a plus—but we're happy to train the right person!

Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
