St. Mary's Medical Center is seeking a Full Time Sleep Navigator. This position, under supervision by the Director or authorized designee, serves as a key clinical liaison within the St. Mary’s Medical Center and Marshall Health Network Sleep Disorders Centers, supporting patients through the continuum of sleep-related care. This role focuses on patient education, care coordination, screening, and follow-up to promote accurate diagnosis, treatment adherence, and long-term management of sleep disorders. The Sleep Navigator works closely with physicians, sleep technologists, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes and enhance the overall patient experience.
Qualifications:
Education Requirements: Associate degree or higher in related field
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in sleep medicine in an AASM accredited facility.
- Strong communication, organizational and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Certifications/Skills:
- Registered RPSGT or equivalent required
- Certified Clinical Sleep Health (CCSH) preferred
- BCLS
