We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing general information about products and services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to think quickly and accurately in order to provide the best possible customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Maintain customer records in an organized manner.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive attitude and be courteous to customers.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
