Employment Type: Full time Shift: Description: This position is responsible for providing specialized secretarial support by word processing and data entry, maintaining file systems, assisting school clearance processes and requirements, project management, office procedures, and other administrative duties necessary to ensure a smooth flow of operations for the service areas of assignment. REQUIREMENTS 1. High school diploma or equivalent is required. Two (2) years college or business school is preferred. 2. Five (5) years secretarial experience, preferably in the health care field or academic setting is required. 3. Ability to accurately type at least 70-80 wpm and computer experience are required. 4. The ability to record minutes is required 4. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and Power Point is required. Ability to master other technology platforms required for the role is required (Workday, Complio, CCPS, etc.) 5. Must maintain confidentiality of the department. 6.
