Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounts Payable Specialist based in Upland, CA. The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for processing vendor invoices, reconciling expense reports, preparing journal entries, and ensuring compliance with established financial policies. The role also involves maintaining accurate financial records, collaborating closely with other departments, and addressing vendor inquiries. The Accounts Payable Specialist will play a key role in supporting financial operations and ensuring efficient and accurate accounting processes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in processing Expense Reports with strong attention to detail
- Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to identify discrepancies and resolve issues
- Understanding of Finance principles and practices
- Experience in Accounting and handling Journal Entries
- Proficiency in relevant accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in accounts payable or a similar finance-related role is an advantage
