Qualifications:
General Experience: Possess a valid understanding of the basic principles and concepts of human resources functions and programs.SUPERVISORY HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (MILITARY), GS-0201-12: Must have at least one year of specialized experience, equivalent to at least the GS-11 level, in: executing personnel programs and Human Resources Information Systems and advising supervisors and managers; Experience in personnel and manpower core competencies; Experience in applying program policies, directives, publications, and training manuals; and have at least 24 months experience with human resources programs related to federal civilian or military personnel programs.

Responsibilities:
THIS IS A T32 EXCEPTED SERVICE, PERMANENT POSITION.
The primary purpose of the SUPERVISORY HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (MILITARY), GS-0201-12, is to serve as the supervisor over the Force Development, Commander's Support Staff, Sustainment Services Flight, Military Personnel Flight, Human Resources Remote, and Airman and Family Programs within the Force Support Squadron.
