GENERAL JOB SUMMARY:
Perform contract review, approval, and execution in accordance with corporate and/or business unit guidelines.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Responsible for contract correspondence, organization of contract records, and timely submittal of contract documentation.
- Acts as Gichner Shelter Systems agent in signing contract within set dollar limitations.
- Communicate contractual requirements to the internal functional team.
- Acts as facilitator in internal and external meetings.
- Directs invoicing of contract data items and milestone billings.
- Responsible for contract close-out.
- Initiates warranties and claims investigation.
- Provides support to Contract Managers.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Office environment.
Ability to stand and sit for long periods of time.
Ability to perform repetitive motion (keyboarding, 10-key, phones).
Ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
Ability to follow standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
