As an Event Marketing Specialist on the revenue marketing team, you will help plan and execute various events to drive measurable revenue growth and business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, especially sales, to ensure seamless event coordination and effective lead follow-up. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented individual who is eager to contribute to a team focused on quantifiable revenue outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of promotional events to showcase our brand and products effectively.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations to educate and excite potential customers.
- Manage social media platforms by creating content, scheduling posts, and interacting with followers to boost event visibility and brand presence.
- Collect valuable data during events through surveys or sign-ups to inform future marketing strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, offering information, and ensuring a positive experience for event attendees.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for lead generation and follow-up after events.
- Utilize strong communication skills to deliver compelling presentations and public speaking engagements that enhance brand recognition.
Responsibilities
- Event Coordination: Foundational skills in event logistics, vendor communication, and supporting the end-to-end lifecycle of events.
- Operational Execution: Proficiency in using event management tools and platforms for tasks like registration, email communications, and attendee tracking.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, particularly sales, to ensure smooth event coordination and lead follow-up.
- Brand Awareness: Basic understanding of brand guidelines to ensure consistent messaging and representation across all event touchpoints.
Qualifications
- 3 years experience
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field (i.e. Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management)
- Project Management/Organization
- Agility/ Problem Solving
- Collaboration/Communication
- Experience with project management and communication tools such as: Asana, Wrike, RingFocus, RingCentral
Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
