You’re closing the restaurant at midnight and back at 10 AM for the lunch rush. You’re running a salon chair, a daycare floor, or a retail store on Black Friday. You’re handling 200 calls a day at a call center for $16 an hour.
You answer your phone. You show up. You don’t make excuses. You outwork everyone around you and your paycheck doesn’t reflect any of it.

What this job is
You’ll be a recruiter at a 16-year-old staffing company. You’ll spend your day matching people with jobs in factories, warehouses, and manufacturing plants. It’s fast, it’s loud, and no two days look the same.
If you can talk to strangers, manage chaos, and grind without being told twice — we’ll teach you everything else.
What we need from you
- Answer your phone. Day, night, weekends. Workers call when they call. Clients call when they call. If you silence notifications at 6 PM, this isn’t for you.
- Work hard. We’re not counting your hours. We’re counting what you produce.
- Don’t quit when it gets uncomfortable. Some weeks are brutal. We pay you to push through them.
- Show up every day. On time. Every day.
