As a Verizon Team Lead, you'll be at the heart of that mission: engaging with customers, building rapport, and guiding them toward the right Verizon services for their needs. What you'll be doing as a Verizon Team Lead:

• Representing Verizon across the North Los Angeles region through direct, in-person customer engagement
• Guiding customers through the sign-up process on the spot, ensuring every interaction delivers real results
• Developing strong product knowledge so you can answer questions with confidence and leave customers feeling well taken care of
• Tracking your progress toward daily and weekly goals, using performance data to stay motivated and improve
• Collaborating with your team to refine sales strategies and adjust in real time

Who succeeds in this role as a Verizon Team Lead:

• You're comfortable starting conversations with new people and building trust quickly.
• Prior sales experience is a plus, but it isn't required, we've seen motivated newcomers outperform seasoned reps.
• A strong work ethic and the right attitude matter most.
