Customer Experience Associate

What You'll Be Doing as a Customer Experience Associate:

• Serve as the face of our clients, delivering great customer experiences in person
• Build relationships with new and existing customers
• Explain products and services clearly and answer questions with confidence
• Help customers through enrollment and account support
• Recommend the right products and services based on customer needs
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions

What We're Looking For in a Customer Experience Associate:

• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or restaurants is a plus, not required
• Strong communicator who works well with a team
• Organized, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, positive, and eager to grow
