Contract Senior Simulations Technician

Summary:

The Contract Senior Simulations Technician is responsible for providing technical training and guidance in the use of Mission Command or Simulation Systems in a tactical environment. This role requires in-depth experience with currently fielded simulations, including JLCCTCERF/JLCCTC Ver. 8.1, and expertise in operating and managing the WARSIM model. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in simulation systems and be capable of training both operators and trainers.

Requirements:

• Three years of experience with currently fielded simulations in the JLCCTCERF/JLCCTC Ver. 8.1.

• Three years of experience providing technical training and guidance in the use of Mission Command or Simulation Systems in a tactical environment.

• One year of experience as a train-the-trainer and operator with the WARSIM model.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Completion of WARSIM Tech Control and WARSIM Operator training courses is preferred.

Base Salary Range: $50,000 – $100,000 / year. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and structural alignment. Individual pay is influenced by several factors, including the candidate's work location, relevant experience, skillset, and contract constraints.
