- Capital Markets Structuring: We lead capital raising across equity and debt, conduct market and site selection, structure partnerships, and develop reinvestment strategies

Position Overview
The interior design coordinator will report to the Head of Development, and collaborate with C12’s in-house design team, property teams, and outside design consultants to deliver and maintain high-quality interior design and furniture installations across the portfolio. They will oversee the procurement process for capital projects, ensuring timely and coordinated installation. They will have the opportunity to grow with the firm into a lead designer role.
Responsibilities
· Assist experienced teams through all phases of interior design and fit-out, from conceptual development to product/material selection, cost management, procurement, installation, and property management. Tasks include preparation of concept design boards, drawings and specifications, purchase orders, and care & maintenance guidelines.
· Track and monitor custom FF&E fabrication orders.
· Visit showrooms, ateliers, and suppliers to review and analyze materials/products.
· Coordinate procurement process with 3rd-party purchasing agents and shipping managers for capital projects, or internally arrange delivery for smaller projects.
· Work on-property with asset management and property teams to review conditions and coordinate yearly capital expenditures and FF&E replacements/upgrades.
· Contribute to strategic brand and design presentation assets, including design presentations for stakeholders, property sales booklets, ‘look book’ for existing properties, and ‘style guide’ to guide future design efforts.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in interior design, architecture, or procurement/logistics management.
· 3-5 years relevant professional experience in hospitality or high-end residential projects
· Able to work efficiently in Adobe Create Suite and standard MS Office applications. Spexx, AutoCAD, or Revit experience is a plus.
· Ability to travel regularly to Bermuda, Texas, Turks & Caicos, and other locations where we may operate.
Preferred Qualifications
· NICDQ certification preferred but not required.
· Stylistically agile, able to conceptualize varying project types and timelines
· Collaborative, communicative, and constructive teammate
· Proven ability to multi-task across multiple projects simultaneously
· Love of travel, food, and creating fabulous properties in beautiful destinations.
Compensation and Benefits
· Salary range: $90,000 - $105,000 performance bonus
