Franciscan Health Michigan City Campus 3500 Franciscan Way Michigan City, Indiana 46360 The Administrative Director Medical Practices develops short- and long-term strategic plans that cover practice operations, financial performance, and growth, working in conjunction with Franciscan Physician Network (FPN) Vice President, Physician Medical Directors Hospital Presidents and local physicians. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT Recommend, develop, implement, and update strategic long- and short-range plans to support FPN philosophy and goals. Provide leadership in developing, planning and implementing FPN business plans. Work in collaboration with corporate and regional management staff to assure alignment of strategies and tactics across FPN. Assist regional leadership in their recruitment and development of physician operational opportunities; assist regional leadership in the evaluation of potential new practices, services, and geographies for efficiency and profitability. Provide leadership, and work in conjunction with the Franciscan Alliance Sr Vice President/CMO, in the development and implementation of quality initiatives across the physician practices. Monitor operations, programs and physical properties for compliance and initiates appropriate changes, and ensures ongoing compliance with all regulatory agencies governing Healthcare delivery and the rules of accrediting bodies. Assist Regional Management in their development of the various Service Excellence programs. Coordinate the FPN patient satisfaction activities and surveys in conjunction with regional management leaders. Serve as liaison and channel of communication between system-based leadership and the regional leadership team, as well as a liaison and channel of communication between the Leadership Council and the appropriate stakeholder group. Analyze systems and procedures, and designs, develop, and recommend improved management techniques and practices to ensure improved workflow, efficiency, and patient satisfaction.
