WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT Professional Development Opportunities Faith-based, Mission-focused Organization 10 Operating Rooms with a case mix of ortho/spine, vascular/open heart, laparoscopies, robotic hysterectomies, and spinal fusion cases Prepare, supervisor and control budget, monitor and analyze variances. Direct employees to meet all mandatory Human Resource requirements. Complete performance appraisal of staff members. Performs timely and effective service recovery to address patient/family complaints and grievances. Participates in people management activities for direct team members such as conducting performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and interviews. Oversee the process of assuring the clinical competence of personnel. Identifies oncoming shift’s staffing needs and initiates action that assists in procuring adequate levels of staffing within their control. Remains current in and compliant with new developments and technology in areas of responsibility including documentation, medication administration, and monitoring systems.
