WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT Prepare, manage and control budget, monitor and analyze variances. Direct employees to meet all mandatory Human Resource requirements. Complete performance appraisal of staff members. Quality compliance including accreditation standards. Oversee the process of assuring the clinical competence of personnel. Participate in hospital and corporate committees and task forces. Responsible for requesting capital items. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree Nursing/Patient Care - Required Associates/RN Diploma For those hired on or before 1/1/2019 BSN -Required within 3 years, any variation has to be approved by the System CNO. 2 years of Operating Room experience - Required 5 years Nursing/Patient - Care Required 2 years Previous managerial experience with demonstrated leadership skills - Preferred Registered Nurse (RN) - State Licensing Board in state of practice - Required Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association - Required Licensure - .
