What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lawn Care Crew Leader position at C&Z Lawn Care LLC?
Overview
Join our landscape maintenance team as a Lawn Care Crew Leader and take charge of creating/maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces for our customers. The majority of the time you will be running your own truck as a solo operator maintaining commercial and residential lawns and sometimes with the help of other crew members on bigger properties.
Duties
- Perform daily lawn care and landscaping to ensure timely and quality service
- Lead crew members in operating equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Conduct inspections of work sites to maintain high standards and overall site appearance
- Train team members on proper techniques for lawn care
Qualifications
- Proven experience in lawn maintenance, and or landscaping
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Reliable transportation to and from work every day
