In the past 15 years, C&W has grown to a fleet of over 150 trucks and are constantly growing our team of experienced drivers, and have expanded our services to customers all throughout North America!
Billing Specialist
C&W Trucking is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Billing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in billing and collections, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Generate and send out invoices to customers via email and traditional mail
- Verify and reconcile billing data with customer records
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or inquiries
- Prepare and maintain various reports related to billing and collections
- Process payments and refunds
- Communicate with customers regarding billing inquiries and disputes
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in billing and collections
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience in trucking or logistics industry is a plus!

- Full time, 40 hrs/week, Monday through Friday
- Daily hours flexible, 40 hours minimum
