Duties
- Prepare accurate and comprehensive construction estimates using industry-standard software such as Bluebeam, incorporating detailed material, labor, and equipment costs.
- Develop competitive pricing strategies by analyzing market trends, supplier quotes, and project specifications to secure profitable contracts.
- Lead negotiations with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to achieve favorable terms while maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Manage the entire project lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and overseeing on-site activities to ensure adherence to safety standards and project timelines.
- Control project costs through diligent budget monitoring, change order management, and proactive risk mitigation strategies.
- Review and interpret construction contracts, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and scope of work.
- Collaborate closely with clients, architects, engineers, and field teams to resolve issues promptly and keep projects on track.
Skills
- Proficiency in construction estimating software such as Procore and Bluebeam for precise bid preparation.
