Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface cleaning
- Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with health standards
- Use appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment to maintain floors, carpets, surfaces, and fixtures in pristine condition
- Communicate effectively with owner to understand specific cleaning preferences and address any special requests or concerns
Qualifications
- Proven custodial or housekeeping experience in residential or commercial settings
- Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning, and sanitation standards
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, steam cleaners, and dusters
- Ability to handle cleaning supplies responsibly while adhering to safety guidelines
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout the workday
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients
- Physical capability for outdoor work, manual handling of heavy objects, and prolonged standing or walking
