Responsibilities:
What You Will Do
As an Account Service Representative PT, you will provide exceptional customer service while identifying opportunities to connect customers with the products and services that best meet their needs.
Engage customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate wireless, device, plan, and technology solutions.
Deliver a personalized, professional customer experience throughout each interaction.
Contribute to individual and store sales goals through effective needs assessment and solution-based selling.
Maintain current knowledge of C Spire products, devices, plans, promotions, and services.
Clearly communicate product features, benefits, pricing, and available options to customers.
Support a fast-paced retail environment by working collaboratively with other team members and maintaining a professional store presence.
Represent C Spire professionally through appearance, communication, integrity, and follow-through.
Maintain flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and other shifts based on business needs.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

In addition to that, we require:
High school diploma or recognized equivalent.
One year of customer service experience in a fast-paced sales environment or experience providing customer-facing solutions; a four-year college degree may substitute for the experience requirement.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage professionally with a variety of customers.
Demonstrated enthusiasm, initiative, integrity, and a results-oriented work ethic.
Ability and willingness to learn and remain current on wireless devices, plans, products, and emerging technology.
Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule, including most evenings and weekends.
