As a Project Manager on the structural team, you will oversee the technical design aspects of structural projects, mentor team members, and ensure timely, budget-conscious delivery of our services. You will be pivotal in coordinating with internal teams, other design professionals, and project owners, providing seamless integration and execution of structural components.
- Manage and oversee structural engineering projects from conception through completion.
- Perform detailed analysis and design of structural systems using various materials, adhering to current building codes.
- Develop comprehensive construction drawings and documentation.
- Mentor and lead project team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, ensuring alignment and project success.
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 4 years experience in structural engineering.
- Proficiency in structural analysis, design, and documentation.
- Proven capability to manage multiple projects while adhering to deadlines.
- Strong communication skills.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Pennsylvania is preferred but not required.
- Preferred experience in industrial structural engineering
- Experience with Revit, Bluebeam, and other structural design or BIM software.
