POSITION FUNCTION:

The Marketing Operations & Creative Coordinator supports the execution and coordination of C R Research's marketing initiatives by managing day-to-day implementation, production support, and marketing operations tasks across campaigns, conferences, social media, and internal marketing programs. This role works closely with their supervisor and colleagues to ensure seamless execution of all marketing activities.


POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Essential Duties:

Marketing Campaign Execution:

  • Support the execution of multichannel marketing campaigns that drive engagement and support lead generation efforts across email, website, blogs, newsletters, and social platforms
  • Build, schedule, and QA emails, landing pages, and campaign assets in HubSpot using established templates and workflows
  • Create content for email marketing, blogs, and newsletters for review and approval; assemble assets and execute distribution schedules as assigned
  • Execute campaign setup, perform QA checks, implement tracking systems, and monitor performance metrics; flag anomalies or issues for strategic review
  • Maintain marketing calendars, trackers, and documentation to ensure on-time execution and company-wide visibility
  • Coordinate asset requests, approvals, and handoffs between marketing, design, vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Support website content updates and uploads as directed by the marketing team
  • Ensure marketing assets are properly organized, labeled, and stored in shared systems

Marketing Operations Support:

  • Support marketing automation and CRM execution tasks as directed
  • Create and manage lists, segments, workflows, scoring models, and lead lifecycle stages across platforms
  • Support campaign tracking through UTM tagging and data validation
  • Maintain organized workflows and documentation for marketing processes
  • Monitor campaign performance and support dashboard creation in tools like HubSpot and other reporting environments
  • Facilitate data collection, compilation, and reporting of post-campaign or post-event performance information for review with the Marketing team
  • Utilize AI tools strategically to enhance content development, streamline workflows, and improve productivity; ensure all AI-assisted work is reviewed, edited, and aligned with brand standards and quality expectations

Social Media Execution:

  • Execute day-to-day social media activities by drafting, scheduling, and publishing content across platforms including LinkedIn, company website, and other emerging channels
  • Monitor engagement and assist with performance tracking and reporting
  • Stay informed of emerging digital media trends, tools, and practices and share relevant insights with the marketing team

Presentation & Creative Production Support:

  • Build and update PowerPoint presentations using approved templates and brand guidelines for conferences, webinars, and internal purposes
  • Format presentation slides for clarity, consistency, and professionalism
  • Edit and update design elements using Adobe Creative Suite within established graphic frameworks and brand standards provided by the Marketing team
  • Provide basic design support and layout updates within approved templates and brand standards
  • Support production of marketing materials by coordinating with internal and freelance designers and vendors
  • Ensure creative assets are properly versioned and prepared for distribution or print

Conference & Event Support:

  • Coordinate logistics and supplies for conferences, sponsorships, and virtual events
  • Manage timelines, deadlines, and asset checklists for event-related marketing
  • Prepare, organize, and ship booth materials, signage, and promotional assets
  • Support speaker coordination, including slide content and formatting
  • Assist with post-event follow-up activities, including email deployment and CRM uploads


Other Duties:

  • Keep up-to-date and knowledgeable about clients' businesses, industries, marketing research, and technological advancements
  • Contribute ideas and suggestions for improving marketing efficiency and processes
  • Keep abreast of industry changes
  • Share knowledge and experience with C R staff
  • Special projects as required
  • Regular attendance


SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • 2 years of full time experience in marketing coordination or marketing support, preferably in B2B marketing, professional services, or consulting
  • Excellent proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Office products
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Experience with email platforms, CMS, CRM, or marketing automation tools (HubSpot experience preferred)
  • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to craft clear, engaging messaging and calls to action
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, campaign performance metrics, and reporting dashboards
  • Basic understanding of Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and campaign measurement best practices
  • Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, or similar) for content assistance and workflow optimization
  • Strong organizational, project coordination, and follow-up skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
  • High attention to detail and strong quality assurance skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • This position requires the ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs. and maneuver large, cumbersome equipment
  • Energetic and enthusiastic self-starter able to work autonomously and take initiative
  • Resourceful with a strong interest in marketing operations and execution
  • Positive, engaged, and collaborative attitude



EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or other creative field or equivalent experience.

Office environment.

Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
