CarePro Home Medical in Cedar Rapids is looking for a licensed Respiratory Therapist (CRT or RRT) who wants more than a job—you want a team that respects your expertise and a schedule that gives you back your nights and holidays.

What You’ll Do:
- Educate and set up patients with PAP therapy (CPAP/BiPAP) and supplies
- Support ventilator patients post-hospital discharge
- Troubleshoot equipment and ensure patient compliance
- Collaborate with physicians, discharge planners & families
- Keep clear, accurate, documentation—without the stress of rushed hospital environments

What You’ll Need:
- Active Iowa Respiratory License
- CRT or RRT credential (NBRC)
- Previous experience is preferred, but training is provided for motivated candidate
- Strong computer skills
- Valid driver’s license insurable
- A positive, reliable, patient-first attitude
