This is a full-time, on-site role for a Welder / Fabricator, based in Iron River, WI. The Welder / Fabricator will be responsible for performing various welding and fabrication tasks, interpreting blueprints and technical drawings, and using tools and machinery to assemble custom products. The role also includes quality checks to ensure accuracy and adherence to customer specifications, as well as maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
- Proficiency in welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and Arc welding
- Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Experience in fabrication techniques including cutting, bending, and assembling materials
- Skilled in the safe use of power tools, hand tools, and other equipment
- Strong focus on quality assurance, attention to detail, and meeting safety standards
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently on assigned tasks
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus
