- Operate stand-up forklift (Must have stand up forklift experience to apply)
- Unload/Load trucks
- Cutting of cores for slitting based on upcoming Slitter production needs, this could include preparing cores for all shifts
- Staging of jobs at slitter and interpretation of production schedule
- Supply departments with required materials
- Build and wrap pallets according to customer specifcations
- Usage of a scan gun
- Ability to calculate using simple math
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
- Basic computer knowledge & skills - Word, Excel, Outlook email, ERP software
- Ability to work accurately in a fast paced, changing environment
- Good communications skills.
- Must be able to work well under sometimes stressful work conditions.
- Prior stand-up forklift experience required.
- Knowledge of warehousing and bar-coding systems is a plus
- Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods of times. (consistently)
- Must be able to move and lift up to 45 lbs. (intermittently)
