In this role, you’ll help maintain accurate employee data, support benefit and leave administration, respond to employee questions, and keep HR processes running smoothly behind the scenes.

Education & Experience – You will need an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field AND 1–2 years of experience in HR, benefits administration, customer service, or administrative work preferred OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.

You will be responsible for:
- Employee Support & Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for HR inquiries, providing timely, friendly assistance. Draft and distribute HR communications such as Wellness updates, People Monthly content, and department announcements.
- Benefit Administration: Process benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations for new hires, life events, and open enrollment. Assist employees with benefit questions and coordinate COBRA activity while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Leave Administration: Coordinate employee leaves of absence, including FMLA, Military Leave, STD, and LTD. Work closely with employees, leaders, and third-party administrators to ensure proper documentation and tracking while maintaining confidentiality.
- Invoice Management: Process HR-related invoices, reconcile payments, and support timely resolution of discrepancies.
- HR Data & Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS and personnel files. Support reporting, audits, and special HR projects as needed.
- Collaboration & Support: Partner with the HR team to provide exceptional internal service and contribute to ongoing projects and process improvements.
- Customer Service Excellence: Deliver service that reflects C&N’s Customer Service Standards in every interaction.
Education & Experience – You will need an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field AND 1–2 years of experience in HR, benefits administration, customer service, or administrative work preferred OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
