What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cleaning Technician position at C&M Power Washing LLC?
As a technician, you will perform a variety of exterior cleaning services for residential and commercial clients. Work is hands-on and primarily outdoors.
- Perform building washing, window cleaning, concrete cleaning, and more
- Perform kitchen exhaust cleaning
- Operate pressure washing and cleaning equipment safely
- Work on ladders and at heights when required
- Communicate professionally with customers on-site
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass:
- Driver record review (MVR)
- Company driving test
- DOT physical (required to operate company vehicles)
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Comfortable working on ladders
- Physically capable of lifting and active work
- Reliable and punctual
- Willingness to learn
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
