A national law firm known for excellence in the legal industry is seeking an Associate with 3 plus years of corporate/transactional experience to join the Corporate Practice Group in the Denver office.
The Associate will work on sophisticated transactions for private equity sponsors, public and private companies, investors and other institutional clients. The practice encompasses mergers and acquisitions, capital markets offerings and related securities matters.
QUALIFICATIONS
• At least 3 years of law firm experience in corporate practice
• M&A, private equity, capital markets or securities experience
• Excellent academic credentials and professional judgment
