Fleet and Facilities ManagerWe are looking for a Fleet and Facilities Manager to join a very successful, stable, and fast-growing Green Industry. As the Fleet and Facilities Manager, you will work closely with our executive and operation teams to makes sure our vehicles, forklifts, warehouses, and offices are in a shape that allows their respective users and occupants to excel at their tasks safely and functionally. We're looking for a high energy candidate, distinctly collaborative, extremely organized, multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and relevant experience.Responsibilities:• Diagnose vehicle and equipment issues (or coordinate diagnostics with vendors) and drive timely, cost-effective resolutions that minimize downtime.• Build and manage a proactive service and preventive maintenance schedule for all fleet assets; coordinate with branch managers to plan around business needs.• Triage and manage facility maintenance requests, ensuring timely response and high-quality work from vendors and internal teams.• Own key facilities vendor relationships (e.g., HVAC, security, janitorial, landscaping), negotiating contracts and holding partners accountable to service standards.• Partner with the executive team on creative, cross-functional projects—such as branch layout, customer experience, safety initiatives, and special build-outs—giving you room to shape how the business looks and operates.What we are looking for:• 5 years of relevant experience• Values collaboration and has experience communicating across various stakeholders• Experience with navigating through uncertain situations and quickly able to adapt to change• Team player who inspires others to be and do their best• Good work ethic, honest, dependable and humble• Strong verbal and written communicator• Organized and effective time management skillsBilingual in English and Spanish is a plus What we offer:• Excellent health benefits package: 100% of employee's health premium covered by us• SIMPLE IRA retirement plan with company match• Generous vacations and holidays• Opportunity to join a company as we enter a new, exciting growth phase
