CSR - Customer Service Representative
C&L Auto Body is a family owned MSO (multiple shop organization) with 11 locations in East Hanover, East Orange, Kenvil, Morristown, Berkeley Heights, Sussex, Plainfield, Woodbridge, Scotch Plains, Washington and Hackettstown NJ. Due to our continued growth and expansion, C&L Auto Body of Sussex is seeking a Customer Service Representative / Repair coordinator. Ideal candidates should have the following skill set / experience:
- Prior experience coordinating repairs and schedule work flow for a high volume Auto Body Shop
- Prior experience working with various insurance companies (DRPs)
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Willingness to work in a team based setting
- Experience with CCC estimating platform, as well as Mitchell Connect
- Prior experience receiving, processing and reconciling payments
- Excellent customer communication skills
- Process oriented
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
