C&K Roofing & General Contracting is seeking a driven Sales Director to lead, build, and scale our in-home sales team.
This is a high-impact leadership role focused on revenue growth, team development, and operational excellence. You will take full ownership of the sales department — from recruiting and training to performance management and strategic growth.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a one-call-close environment, understands how to build high-performing teams, and wants to play a key role in scaling a growing roofing company.
- Base Salary: $40,000 – $60,000
- Commission: 8% on all personally sold jobs (based on job price & margins)
- Override: 1% on all team sales (based on job price & margins)
- Bonuses: Performance-based incentives tied to team and company growth
On-Target Earnings: Strong six-figure earning potential based on personal and team performance

- Recruit, hire, train, and mentor a high-performing in-home sales team
- Conduct ride-alongs, coaching sessions, and weekly performance meetings
- Build a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement
- Manage lead flow, assignments, and territory coverage
- Track KPIs, monitor individual and team performance, and forecast revenue
- Analyze sales data to optimize closing rates and overall efficiency
- Develop and execute scalable sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Implement and manage CRM systems and sales processes
- Collaborate with marketing to improve lead generation and conversion
- Work closely with ownership to build a strong brand presence and sales engine
- Proven experience in-home B2C & B2B sales (one-call-close preferred)
- Prior leadership experience managing or coaching a sales team
- Strong understanding of KPIs, sales metrics, and performance tracking
- Experience with CRM systems and sales tools
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in roofing, siding, or construction sales
- Familiarity with products like CertainTeed, GAF, Velux, etc.
- Experience scaling or building a sales team from the ground up
- Background in fast-paced, performance-driven environments
- Full-time (8–10 hour shifts)
- Some evenings/weekends based on customer appointments
- 2 week Paid Time Off vacation per year (does not roll over).
- 3 weeks per year after completing a full calendar year with the company and after yearly review. (PTO does not accrue. PTO may only be used after 6 months with the company.)
- 5 Personal/Sick time days per year (does not roll over)
