Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Ray's in Eagle Point, OR. The Assistant Manager will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with staff and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in managing daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
• Supervise, train, and motivate store staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Maintain inventory levels, oversee stock replenishment, and ensure proper merchandising standards.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Support in implementing sales strategies and promotional activities to meet store targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and operational procedures.
• Prepare reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance as required.
• Step in for the Store Manager during their absence to maintain operational continuity.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficient in basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
