We’re looking for a dedicated Industrial Services Account Manager to be the primary liaison between our company and key clients or plant sites, ensuring seamless communication, project coordination, and exceptional service delivery.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the General Manager, this hands-on position is perfect for someone who thrives in the field and enjoys collaborating with diverse internal teams and clients to drive operational success. You will oversee day-to-day activities at client locations, manage expectations, resolve issues promptly, and ensure services are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with contractual commitments.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships
Coordinate project execution with field operations, billing, safety, and administrative teams to meet client needs and contractual obligations
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resource allocation, and safety compliance
Address and resolve client concerns quickly by engaging internal departments to minimize disruptions
Assist with pricing coordination, scope changes, documentation, and reporting requirements
Track and analyze client-specific KPIs and prepare reports for clients and internal stakeholders
Support team coaching and participate in cross-functional meetings to drive continuous improvement
Travel locally to client sites regularly; occasional overnight or out-of-area travel may be required
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Environmental Studies, Engineering, or related field preferred
Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, customer service, or project coordination
At least 2 years in a client-facing or operational role with strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM or project tracking software
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience in environmental services, field operations, or industrial services is a plus
