Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business with General Contractors and construction firms
- Leverage existing relationships with licensed trades (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, etc.)
- Identify client workforce needs and deliver tailored staffing solutions
- Maintain strong client relationships and drive repeat business
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of construction-related sales experience
- Established contacts with Phoenix-area General Contractors and licensed trades
- Strong understanding of construction staffing and workforce demands
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
