We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team in the plastics industry. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative manufacturing processes, improve product quality, and optimize production efficiency. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and improve manufacturing processes for plastic products to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Confers with vendors to determine product specifications and arrange for purchase of equipment, materials, or parts,
  
  

and evaluates products according to specifications and quality standards.

• Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues related to plastic molding, extrusion, or assembly processes.
• Conduct process validations, quality inspections, and root cause analysis to maintain high standards.
• Support new product launches by providing technical expertise and process documentation.
• Develops packaging for products.
• Design, build, and maintain various pieces of secondary operations equipment work Instructions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and industry standards.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Plastics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in plastics manufacturing, including molding, extrusion, or related processes.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing equipment, process control, and quality assurance.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects.
