Construction Laborer/Installer

Overview

C&H Welding & Mechanical LLC is looking for dependable individuals to join our growing construction team. We specialize in metal building installation, structural steel work, repairs, and related construction projects throughout Maine and New England.

We’re looking for employees who show up on time, work hard, take pride in their work, and want to be part of a team that values quality craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

Install metal building systems, roofing, wall panels, and trim

Assist with structural steel installation and repairs

Operate hand and power tools safely

Load and unload materials and equipment

Maintain a clean and safe job site

Follow company safety procedures

Work outdoors in various weather conditions

Work at heights using ladders, lifts, and fall protection equipment

Skills

Construction experience is preferred but not required

Willingness to learn and take direction

Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Ability to lift 50 pounds

Reliable transportation

Valid driver’s license preferred

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation

Starting pay based on experience and qualifications
