Position Summary
The Office Administrator will coordinate office activities and operations while providing administrative support to management. This role manages communication, documentation, scheduling, and office systems while providing . This person ensures that internal processes run smoothly and that staff have the resources and information needed to perform their work effectively.
Core Accountabilities
- Oversee daily office operations and supervise administrative staff to ensure efficiency and compliance
- Manage communication channels, information flow, and document control
- Provide HR and executive support, including onboarding, scheduling, and meeting coordination

- Oversee communication channels (telephone, email, mail) to ensure inquiries are routed properly
- Manage office supplies and inventory to support uninterrupted operations
- Maintain employee records and assist with onboarding and HR tasks
- Greet and direct customers and visitors
- Maintain and update databases for financial, personnel, and customer records
- Manage leadership calendars, prepare agendas, and coordinate travel
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed
- Take meeting minutes (scribe) as needed
- Oversee badging, training scheduling, and interface with personal security as required
- Facilitate information sharing and manage document control and distribution
- Develop job postings and collaborate with HR on position descriptions and compensation
- Support process improvement, business operations, and organize company events biannually

Education and Experience:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Office Administration, Business Management or other related field
- 4 years experience in office administration may meet educational requirements
