Job Title: Site Superintendent
We are a high-end construction and property management company seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Site Superintendent to oversee and manage all aspects of site operations for multiple projects. The ideal candidate will have strong civil construction knowledge, be safety-conscious, and possess excellent leadership skills to manage equipment operators and subcontractor crews.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of civil drawings and their field implementation.
- Extensive equipment knowledge – ability to determine appropriate machinery for varying soil types and site conditions, including soil content and compaction.
- Proficient in trench safety protocols, including sloping, benching, trench plates, and shoring systems.
- Skilled in underground utilities, including electrical and plumbing systems.
- Experience with concrete footings, duct banks for electrical, gas, and plumbing systems.
- Proven ability to manage multiple equipment operator crews for both new underground installations and demolition of existing utilities.
- Strong manpower allocation and management skills, including scheduling, crew coordination, and performance tracking.
- Proficiency with Procore construction management software for documentation, scheduling, and communication.
- Capable of overseeing multiple active building sites simultaneously.
OSHA 10-hour or 30-hour certification (or higher) required.
Bonus: Knowledge of landscape, hardscape, and architectural elements is highly desirable.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm.
Salary based on experience.
