Position Overview:
Administer Written Exam for the U.S. Park Police. Test Proctors will support C Evans Consulting clients, consultants and project teams. Testing event is on 01/10/26 in Washington DC. There may be an additional need in February.
Primary responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
· Observes test-takers to maintain exam integrity and to prevent cheating or misconduct.
· Ensures that all exam materials remain confidential and are handled according to security protocols throughout the testing process.
· Documents and communicates any observed breaches of exam protocol or suspicious conduct.
· Adheres to established protocols in case of emergencies during testing sessions.
· Explains and clarifies exam procedures or instructions to candidates as permitted.
· Establishes and preserves a distraction-free atmosphere conducive to testing.
· Keeps time during exams and communicates timing updates to candidates as required.
· Inspects the testing area to ensure proper setup and removes items not permitted during exams.
· Organizes exam documents and creates seating arrangements prior to the exam.
· Provides candidates with the necessary test documents at the start of the exam and collects them upon completion.
· Gathers all test-related materials from candidates at the conclusion of the exam session.
· Records and reports any incidents or irregularities occurring during the exam session.
· Keeps accurate records of exam sessions and files documentation as required.
· Communicates professionally with clients to address questions or concerns before, during, and after exam sessions.
Job Requirements:
· Reliable, approachable, and punctual
· Ability to work well and communicate with others
· Reliable transportation
Preferred:
· Master’s Degree or currently enrolled in a graduate degree program in I/O Psychology or related field (Organization Behavior, Human Resource Management).
Compensation:
· $40.00 an hour
