Aftercare Teacher

This is a full-time on-site role located in Brooklyn, NY, for an Aftercare Teacher at C’E Montessori. The Aftercare Teacher will supervise and guide children during after-school hours, design engaging activities, and ensure a safe and supportive environment. Responsibilities include assisting with lesson planning, facilitating learning experiences, communicating with parents and caregivers, and maintaining the principles of Montessori education in daily interactions.

• Proficiency in Teaching and Lesson Planning with a focus on early childhood education
• Strong skills in Communication and the ability to effectively collaborate with parents, caregivers, and colleagues
• Experience in Education and Training, particularly within a Montessori or childcare setting
• Passion for fostering a safe, nurturing, and respectful learning environment
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Child Development, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience working with children in an educational or childcare environment is a plus
