CEFS Economic Opportunity Corporation is seeking a full-time Outreach Housing Counselor to help individuals and families achieve housing stability and move toward self-sufficiency. What You’ll Do

· Recruit and enroll eligible individuals and families into Outreach Housing Programs

· Complete intakes, eligibility determinations, and assessments

· Provide housing counseling, case management, and goal development

· Assist clients with rental and homeownership education and resources

· Conduct local home visits and housing inspections

· Collaborate with community partners and service providers

· Obtain HUD Certification within six months of hire

What We’re Looking For

· High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred

· Experience in social services preferred with strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to travel locally

· Must meet pre-employment requirements

Pay & Benefits

• $17.62 per hour $.25/hr. at 90 days
