Role Description The Division Manager is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Bradenton, FL, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations within a defined regional division. This role manages field service teams and office staff, ensures safe and efficient completion of projects, and maintains high standards for quality, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction. The Division Manager oversees scheduling, resource allocation, and workload planning; monitors performance metrics; and drives continuous improvement in service delivery and operational processes. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with key clients, resolving escalated issues, managing budgets and P&L for the division, and ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations. The role also involves hiring, training, and mentoring team members, fostering a strong safety and performance culture, and contributing to strategic growth initiatives in the central Florida market and surrounding region.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in operations or division management within industrial services, construction, facility maintenance, or a related field.
- Strong leadership abilities, including team supervision, performance management, coaching, and conflict resolution.
- Proficiency in planning, scheduling, and coordinating field service work, with attention to safety, quality, and timelines.
- Solid financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and understanding of P&L responsibility.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
