What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscaping Crew Member position at C & C Property Maintenance?
Established Owner/Operator Company is looking to hire a part-time employee 2-3 days per week between Tuesday-Thursday preferably.
Ideal candidate should be fast-paced, self-motivated, good at communicating, hard-working, presentable, have a decent plant knowledge and experience doing each of the tasks below.
Candidate should be able to perform below tasks but not limited to:
Lawn care
Shrub trimming
Bed maintenance
Plantings
Seasonal clean-ups
Candidate Must:
Have experience on mowers
Have reliable transportation
Be able to lift 50lb barrels
Be able to work 8 hour days in all weather conditions
Competitive wages and advancement opportunities. Candidate should expect 16-24 hours weekly. Salary for this position will range from $26 to $30 per hour and will be determined based on experience, applicable skills, and work ethic. Unemployment compensation from mid-December to mid-March should be expected.
