Job Summary: We are looking for a dependable and motivated Entry-Level Assembly & Shop Technician to join our team. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with their hands, has a good eye for detail, and wants to get their foot in the door of the powersports industry. You'll assist with vehicle assembly, detailing, and general shop duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vehicle Assembly: Assist in assembling new motorcycles, ATVs, and side-by-sides following manufacturer specifications.
- Detailing: Wash, clean, and prep vehicles for customer pickup or showroom display.
- Shop Support: Help maintain a clean, organized shop; take out trash, sweep floors, and assist with general upkeep, assist with unloading trucks.
- Assistance: Support technicians with basic tasks as needed (retrieving tools, holding parts, etc.)
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (or currently working toward one).
- No experience necessary – just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Interest in motorcycles and powersports a plus.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for most of the day.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- Will have to purchase your own basic tools, we can give you a list of the basic tools required to get started.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physically demanding tasks, including handling wrenches and tools, loosening and tightening fasteners, getting under and around machines as necessary for repairs.

Hours: Tuesday-Friday 9:00am-6:00pm & Saturday 9:00am-3:00pm
