Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and service pools to ensure they are safe, sanitary, and visually appealing
- Perform routine maintenance, including testing water quality, adding chemicals, and adjusting equipment settings
- Inspect, repair, and maintain pool equipment such as pumps, filters, and heaters
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with pool systems and recommend effective solutions
- Apply mechanical knowledge to identify and resolve equipment or system problems
- Safely and effectively use hand tools and power tools for maintenance and repair tasks
Qualifications & Requirements:
- No prior experience required; willingness to learn and be trained is essential
- Strong mechanical aptitude or interest in learning pool systems
- Ability to repair and maintain pool equipment (training provided)
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools or willingness to learn
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting pay: $18.00/hour or higher, depending on experience
