Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pool Maintenance Technician based in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL. The Pool Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine pool maintenance and cleaning, inspecting pool equipment, troubleshooting issues, conducting preventive maintenance, and completing necessary repairs to ensure proper pool functionality. The role will also involve educating customers on pool care best practices and ensuring their satisfaction with the services provided. Attention to safety protocols and maintaining a high standard of service are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance
• Experience in Troubleshooting and diagnosing pool-related equipment issues
• Skills in Maintenance & Repair for mechanical systems
• Knowledge of Industrial Maintenance practices related to pools
• Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach to tasks
• Physical ability to meet the demands of the job, including lifting and working in outdoor conditions
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Previous experience in pool maintenance or a related field is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Certifications such as Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or similar are advantageous
