What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lien Processor position at C & B Operations, LLC?
The Lien Processor is responsible for managing and processing all lien and title documentation associated with equipment sales and financing. This role ensures accurate lien filings, title processing, timely releases, and compliance with state regulations and lender requirements. The position plays a critical role in protecting the dealership’s financial interests and supporting a smooth sales process.
Salary and Schedule This is a full time, hourly position. Rate is based on experience. Flexible work hours between 7:30 am - 6 pm Monday - Friday with additional hours during month end and year end close.

Responsibilities Include

- Process title applications, lien recordings, and releases
- Verify accuracy of UCC filings, titles, and MCOs
- Track and maintain lien/title records and follow up on pending items
- Coordinate with lenders, customers, DMVs, and internal teams to resolve issues
- Maintain organized documentation for audits and compliance
- Support additional Sales Processing tasks as needed
Required Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of lien/title processing or related experience (automotive, ATV, or equipment preferred)
- Knowledge of title documentation and state requirements
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (dealership systems experience a plus)
