Restoration Technician

3-day weekends while still getting 40 hours per week…. with benefits

We're looking for Restoration Technicians to join our team to assess and restore homes and businesses after man-made and natural disasters (flood, fire, or mold damage).

About the pay and benefits:

• Make $35,000-$50,000 in your first year

What you'll be doing:

Restoration Technicians work with a team, performing hands on labor at customer properties following damage related to flood, fire, and/or mold. Day-to-day tasks can include:

• Advanced drying techniques (no experience needed, we will train you)
• Remove/demo damaged materials at customer homes and commercial buildings.
• Use and maintain company equipment.
• Keep a clean and neat jobsite at all times.
• Maintain professional communication between clients, management, and coworkers.
• Drive company vehicle to job site.
• Other duties and tasks as assigned

Ideal experience to be successful in this role:

• Ability to safely lift 30 pounds
• Clean driving record and valid driver license
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to reliably report daily at 7:15am at our office in Frankford, Delaware. Shifts rotate every eight (8) weeks between the following three schedules: 1) Monday through Thursday, 2) Tuesday through Friday, OR 3) Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (off Tuesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays).
• Restoration Technicians rotate an on-call shift every 8 weeks where they are responsible for responding to after-hours calls (compensated for on-call availability and responding to emergency after-hours calls).
• Successfully pass a background check (no violent offenses or criminal convictions that prevent the candidate from working around children).
