Required Skills/Knowledge:
- Evaluation of incoming jobs and processing routine and non-routine jobs – Following step-by-step instructions as determined by C&A Clients
- Pull certifications/data/inspection forms per customer requirements
- Routine cycle counts
- Transfer components interdepartmentally and within the different buildings and driving to vendor locations if needed – Current Divers License
- Verify all necessary documentation
- Previous Shipping experience, i.e. Fed Ex
- Use of hand tools (box cutters, band cutters, automated palletizing machines)
- Communicate and work well in a team environment and various departments
- May need to drive a Forklift when necessary
- Attention to detail is a priority to be successful in this role
- Shift: 7:00 – 3:15 / M-F / Overtime as needed
Additional Skills/Knowledge Preferred:
- Basic Math
- Computer Skills (MS Office)
- ERP (Epicor) Experience
- Gauge parts as instructed (if applicable)
- Previous work using Micrometers and Calipers
- Heat Sealing Devices
- Blueprint Reading
- Detail Orientated
- Ability to Multitask
- HS Diploma or Equivalent
- Physical Requirements: Able to stand at times entire Shift (depending on job), lift up to 50# unassisted, climb stairs to obtain materials for Packing and help co-workers move product around for Shipping
